Is this software only, or do you run my marketing for me?

Zattur is software. You use the tools, or automate them to your rules. Our support team helps you learn the product, set up your automations, build your website and create posts. We do not run your ads or create your videos and static ads for you.

How much does it cost?

In India it is ₹2,500 a month per location, billed annually at ₹30,000 plus GST. Outside India it is $59 a month per location, billed annually at $708. Every location gets every tool, 5,000 credits a month and the support team.

How does annual billing work?

You pay once a year per location: ₹30,000 plus GST in India, or $708 outside India. That works out to ₹2,500 or $59 a month per location.

How do additional locations work?

Each additional location costs the same as the first and gets its own tools, credits and support. Add as many locations as you have. A separate brand is a separate business.

What do I get with every location?

Every Zattur tool: Google Business Profile optimisation, keyword and competitor tracking, review collection and AI replies, social and Google posting, the AI website builder, chatbot, DM and WhatsApp automation, CRM, appointment booking, table reservations, online ordering, loyalty and referral. You also get 5,000 credits a month and access to the support team.

What does the support team do?

They teach you how to use the tools, set up your automations with you, help you build your website, help you create posts, and answer questions when you are stuck. You stay in control of what goes live.

Do you create videos, static ads or content for me?

No. The software can generate posts, videos and ad creative for you whenever you want, using credits, and our support team will help you get started. You review and publish. Nothing is made for you on a fixed monthly schedule.

What do I need to provide?

Access to your Google Business Profile and social accounts, your photos and your approved business information. The more real photos and details you add, the better the software works for you.

Is my ad budget included?

No. Zattur does not manage your ads. If you run Meta ads using the integrated tools, advertising spend is paid directly to Meta.

What are credits for?

Credits power the Zattur automation tools your business uses day to day, such as review collection, AI review replies, DM and WhatsApp replies, your website chatbot, and generating posts or videos. Each location gets 5,000 credits every month. You can top up whenever you need more.

Can I top up credits when I need more?

Yes. Top up whenever you need, as often as you like. In India, 2,000 credits cost ₹1,000. Outside India, 1,200 credits cost $10.

Which tools use credits?

Automation tools such as review automation, review collection, the chatbot, DM automation and WhatsApp automation use credits as you use them. Other tools, such as CRM, referral, loyalty, appointment booking, table reservation and online ordering, are included with no credit usage.

Is a website included?

Yes. The AI website builder is included, and our support team helps you build your website.

Do I have to use every tool?

No. Every tool is available, so use the ones that fit your business, whether that is appointments, restaurant reservations, online ordering or something else.

Will Zattur guarantee more customers, reviews or a higher Google ranking?

No. Zattur gives you the tools and support to improve your visibility and conversion, but results depend on your market, effort, offer and factors outside the platform, so none are guaranteed.

Is GST included?

Prices in India are plus applicable GST. Outside India, prices are in US dollars and GST is not charged.
